By registering or using the padubet platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use padubet's services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and padubet as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any amendments to these terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.
This platform is only available to individuals who meet the eligibility requirements under the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. padubet reserves the right to restrict access for any user who does not meet those requirements at any time.
To access the full range of padubet services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. padubet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to maintain account security.
Users must notify padubet immediately if they suspect any unauthorised access to their account. You agree not to share your account details with any third party and to take reasonable steps to secure the devices you use to access the platform.
All transactions on the padubet platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). padubet supports a range of local payment methods including FPX, TNG eWallet, and approved online banking services. The list of accepted payment methods is subject to change at any time without prior notice.
Successfully processed deposits cannot be cancelled or refunded except in specific circumstances as determined by padubet at its sole discretion. Users are responsible for ensuring the deposit amount is correct before confirming any transaction.
Withdrawals are subject to the rollover requirements applicable to any active bonus offers. padubet reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals for security review purposes or to complete identity verification procedures. All withdrawals will be processed to the original payment method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.
Users agree to use the padubet platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with the rules set out herein. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use automated software (bots), or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

Padubet reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance with these terms. padubet's determination of any breach of terms is final and binding.
Padubet will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. padubet's maximum liability to any user is limited to the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any implied warranties as to accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. padubet does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times.
All content, designs, logos, brand names, and software on the padubet platform are the intellectual property of padubet or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written authorisation.
The padubet platform may contain references or links to third-party services. padubet is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Padubet reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that fraud, a breach of terms, or unlawful activity has occurred. Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of terms, the account balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closures will be processed once all active bonus wagering requirements have been met and there are no ongoing investigations relating to the account.
Padubet reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via their registered email or in-platform notification at least seven days before taking effect, unless an immediate change is required for legal or security reasons. Continued use of the platform after any amendments come into force will be deemed acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
